Dr. Nanette Diaz- Rispler, DPM

Dr. Rispler may have been born in New York City, but her real roots are right here in Florida. Raised in Miami, Dr. Rispler is bilingual. She is fluent in both English and Spanish in addition to her podiatric talents.

 

Dr. Rispler started her educational journey as an undergraduate at the University of Miami in Coral Gables. She graduated in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. Following an experience with limb salvage involving a family member, she decided to pursue a career in podiatry.

 

She attended the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, receiving her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1993. After graduation, Dr. Rispler chose to continue her training with Podiatric Primary Care and Podiatric Surgical Residencies at West Chester General Hospital in Miami. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry.

 

Dr. Rispler met her husband while attending Barry University. Together they ran a successful private practice, the Family Foot and Ankle Center in West Palm Beach, for over two decades. They merged with a larger group, Foot and Ankle Specialists, in 2018. She also spent two years working at Palm’s West Wound Care Center.

 

Dr. Rispler brings her diverse skill set and many years of experience to her practice at Total Foot Care, both as a business owner and a podiatrist. She is a skilled administrator and practitioner as well as an advocate for podiatric wellness education. Her community outreach includes discussing the benefits of foot care with the public at speaking engagements and in other forums.

 

Dr. Rispler’s areas of interest include wound care, limb salvage, diabetic foot care, gerontology, and podiatric arthritis management. She also has experience making and fitting prosthetic appliances and in the use of plaster casts and strapping.
